A Hopi polychrome plaque from 2nd Mesa depicting a full figured Crow Mother Kachina. Crow Mother Kachina is a common design on early basket likely because she is always seen carrying a plaque with corn meal, bean sprouts, etc. Excellent condition and dates to c.1910.
